I work with any commercial business that is looking to supplement their existing people capability to deliver a bespoke change programme, provide subject matter expertise on an organisation design project or execute their people strategy.  I also work with small startups to help them set up their people functions and plan for growth

I work on projects that usually involve change: acquisitions and disposals, TUPE, restructures including offshoring and downsizing, organisational transformation, culture change.  I can also offer ad hoc advice and support to small businesses who cannot afford in house HR support 

I hold professional indemnity insurance up to the value of £1,000,000

I am a professional coach with the International Coaching Federation, working towards ACC accreditation.  I completed my coach training through Barefoot in 2021 which included 164 coach training hours.  

I completed my qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2000 and I hold MCIPD credentials.  I also have an MSc in HR.  I am an agile practioner.

Anyone who is interested in finding out more about themselves and wishes to  make transformational change in their lives whether this is in a work context or wider life experiences.  

I also offer pro-bono hours to women in work who are experiencing mental health issues as a result of menopause.  The types of coaching I can offer here is on building self belief and confidence, resilience and assertiveness.

The minimum number of coaching sessions I offer is three, however to get the most out of our thinking partnership, I recommend six sessions.  

We will spend at least two hours together for the first session and then 1.5 hours thereafter.  

For consultancy and interim assignments it will depend on the type of work and duration.  My day rate is usually between £700 - £1,000.  From April 2022 this will be exclusive of VAT.

For coaching assignments, I offer the following:

1 session (1.5 hours) @ £200

1 session (2 hours) @ £250

3 sessions (4.5 hours) @ £600

6 sessions (9 hours) @ £1,200
